Tryg Forsikring A/S – listing of bond issue on Oslo Stock Exchange

In accordance with the company announcement no. 14 of 19 May 2016, the issue of Tryg Forsikring’s Solvency II compliant Tier 2 capital in the form of a bond issue in the amount of SEK 1bn (approximately DKK 800m) has been completed.
